Due to shipping adversities we are shipping only with in US territory except we are not able to ship to the areas listed below:

Shipping & Returns

Some items are not at hand for immediate shipping.
Our products are shipped via USPS service and billed at the present USPS rates. All our products are shipped with no signature, unless you request it- in which case additional fees will incur.
Small Dog Bags will not be responsible for product lost if signature is not applied.
Please allow from 1-6 business days for USPS to reach your destination. USPS service fees established on FEDEX/USPS issued costs.

Exchange & Return

We at Small Dog Bags are proud of our products and it is extremely important for us to make our clients happy. To get merchandise refund or to exchange please meet following:
• Please return or exchange your item with in 21 days
• Please return downloadable form together with ALL original removed shipping labels.
• Returns are excepted ONLY via insured/traceable methods such as FedEx, USPS Register Mail, UPS
• Small Dog Bags will not be held responsible for return or exchange shipping fees.
• If return(s)/ exchange item(s) will not meet return & exchange criteria, item(s) will be returned at the customer’s expense
• All our clearance items are NOT eligible for refund, credit or exchange.
• Return or exchange will not be processed if there is any sign on the item of use or indication of being warned, washed, altered, soiled, smell, removed tags.
• Returns which do not meet regulations listed above will not be processed.
• Refunds are only for merchandise and not for shipping fees.
• Small Dog Bags will not be held responsible for any fees related to loss or damage throughout return or exchange transit.
• Return or exchange process will take approximately 30 days.
